Having been on the site for nearly TWO YEARS* without rest, suffering from sleep deprivation, sore fingers, being shouted at (occasionally online, mainly offline), I noticed an anomaly.. yes a strange strange anomaly, and do you wanna know what it is.. (slide the box)

yet I know at least 2 or 3 of my tunes have been on the frontpage of the site, some have even got in the top 10 (yeah I was shocked, and I only played it once (get down you mere mortals!) But simply am I the only one, or am I indeed rewardless.

I need a hanky.

*24 months or two subscriptions or 365 days times two (I ain't counting).

This is a response to vad1er's forum post "Post the stuff you REALLY WANT people to hear right here"
Just thought there should be a separate thread for people interested in fully completed tunes in the
generic term of the word. You know, people that want the whole package as stated in the description.
I remember past members complaining that this sort of thing wasn't stated in the riffcast descriptions.
So post up collaboration junkies or solo artist that can do it all. Respect.

I've been tryin to change my Headshot photo for several days now....at first I thought I had be patient (which I'm getting better in, but still is something I've got to work on), but I've run out of it.... So I thought I'd ask for some guidence....Please help me put on a better picture of my ugly face.....

Edit function would be nice! Please?

I understand that the edit function used to be here. Alas, if I 'cast a tune, and do some edits on it, I have to delete the old one, re-'cast it... and those people who gave shouts pop by and will notice the shouts are gone, and think I deleted them!
I could save people's hurt feelings if the edit function was returned! What say ye all?

Some of you guys might have noticed the I do have a rumble 20 entry.
I had a major problem getting the tune posted, my current pc did the waltz of the dying fly, I had sensibly saved 98% of my music to an external drive, including the rumble entry, so took the hard drive some 150 miles to my fathers so I could post the entry!

I am now panicking slightly since I am doing this forum post from my mobile phone, if Sonoma want me to send the file, I am gonna need to travel another 150 miles to send it! Such is my personality, I might do it!

Just in case I cannot, or by some miracle my old pc is fixed (its in the tatooine knackers yard as we speak!), just to say thanks to the votes/shouts on my rumble entry, it made the journey to get it to you a worthy one.

I hope to be back properly in a new home, a new guitar (a cutaway
Taylor would be nice, lol) and some new material, having been unable to record new ideas, I have simply played them on guitar enough to remember and hopefully finally record them.

So I have been missing and hope to be back properly soon, it might be in standard time too, though flamenco rhythm is probable!

something for the riffworld suggestion box?

Isz might be lazy but I think a nice feature to have would be that a person is notified when someone either comments on your own riffcast or if someone comments on the same song that you commented on.

If this has already been suggested delete and move on...

Live performance using Riffworks created backing tracks

Runtime problem / auto shutdown of the program

Hi there! The program displays the error message below. While recording it shuts down automatically, losing many of the riffs I created : ( In the Riff Box it shows all the riffs I created and once I go into it some of them were completely empty after this kept happening. How do we fix this? Thanks.

can't get sound

swithed to a different computer,cant get any sound out of my riffworld down loaded songs,sound only comes out of my monitor,but not through my headphones on my UX2 box,but when i go to rifflink i can hear the songs through my headphones.not a computer guy.thanks,Larry.
