You have to love innovation!  smile  The guy describing this new microtonal concept cracks me up.

I love technology and the minds that figure out ways to use it when it comes to music.  I'm not so sure this gadget is something I'd use but I did find it intriguing.

This looks interesting.  I haven't had much time to play with it, but I wanted to share the find.

I'd like to hear your thoughts about it.

Without a doubt my all time favorite recording software package but, I am TOTALLY FRUSTRATED trying to use one particular browser to listen to songs and a different browser to read the forums. I know, "use Chrome, it does it all."   That is a solution albeit a really bad one. sad

I am still recording and I check back here from time to time hopefully to read something encouraging from the SWW Dev Team.

But as far as posting songs or leaving shouts, it ain't happening with RiffWorld in it's present state.  I do download and listen to post via iTunes and I enjoy that.

I'll go back to waiting now.

In the best way I know how to explain this:

RW has no wav import. End of story there.

But wait, there's more.  You can use this http://sites.google.com/site/intellirif … elliriffer program to break up any wav file and puts it into a format that RW understand so you can import it.   It is a great tool and FREE.

Also, I'm not sure if you are familiar with REX files, but RW does have a REX player are tons of REX files available both free and those that cost.  The more you dig, the more you'll dig.  Search the forums for wav and rex and read what you find.

Hope this helps. smile

For Windows users: Right click on the mp3 link then choose save as.

Missing some shouts. It appears all my songs are there.  I did notice that the songs are listed in random order.  Before the update I think they were listed newest to oldest.

Lovin' the fact that I can stay logged in now! smile

What you talking about?  When I get that crazy overlay (totally unnecessary IMHO sad) I have to click close and then refresh the page and then I am logged in.  But I have to log in each time I come back to the forum.  Are you saying you do not have to log in?  And now the only way you can log is to use the overlay.

Not sure why but 3.6 does not work.  This has been posted a  bunch of times and for us die hard FF users we have reverted back to 3.5.8.

Not a peep from Sonoma on this.
