Hi. Is the Riffworks Standard (v2) crossgrade still available and if so how do you find the link to download it? Thanks.

Yes. The RiffWorks (v1) to RiffWorks Standard (v2) crossgrade is still available: $70 coupon makes the price $59.99

We just need need your SonomaKey (username = meeny12) and either your GuitarPort serial number (the 8 digit number of the bottom of your GuitarPort by the barcode) or your PODxt serial number (the huge long number that is printed under the bar code).

Here are the instructions:

I'm a little confused about what this crossgrade means.

What is the difference between RW standard ver 2 and RW line 6 Edition ver 2? Can I use a Tascam US-122 interface with RW line 6 Edition ver 2?

yabanada,

No you can't. The Line 6 Edition sold by Line 6 will only work with their audio devices (PodXT, GuitarPort, TonePort). The crossgrade to RiffWorks Standard will allow you to use your Tascam device.

Would it be accurate to say that the crossgrade RW will work with tascam and guitar port, but the line 6 will work only with line 6 RW?

If I bought RW ver1 from line 6 after buying a guitar port, am I eligble for the discount?

RiffWorks Line 6 Edition includes the same main features as RiffWorks Standard, the same 8 free drummers, and the same 60 day free trial of RiffLink. The difference between the two versions is RiffWorks Line 6 Edition works seamlessly with compatible Line 6 devices ONLY (GuitarPort, PodXT, PodXT Live, PodXT Pro, and now TonePort UX1 and UX2), while RiffWorks Standard works with all ASIO and Core Audio devices (including the Line 6 devices listed above and all the devices in our recommended hardware list:
http://www.sonomawireworks.com/guide/index.php/Recommended_Hardware

RiffWorks Line 6 Edition does not include IK Multimedia's AmpliTube LE plug-in.

All RiffWorks Version 1 owners are eligible for the crossgrade, so yes you are eligible.
Simply follow these easy steps to get your coupon code for $70 off RiffWorks Standard:

Hello,
I followed the download instructions, created an account and paid for and downloaded RiffWorks Standard version 2 and a few drummers as well.

When starting V2 it asks for a password. I put in the first p/w that I used in the online store. That did not work and I asked for a 2nd p/w...that did not work as well.

Sure would like to see this program work after all the trouble I been thru and especially after hearing others who use this app.
