i know how you feel.ive been at this constantly for 15 days trying to get riffworks standard working.its getting me down so much now im seriously thinking of cashing in and going somewhere else.when we get out of bed in the uk everyone at sonoma is in bed.that cant be helped but we have to try and figure it all out through the forums.no one answered on forum all day yesterday until about 7pm uk time and that was dan trying to help me out.it takes about an hour to open standard so there are problems that he [dan] is trying to sort out.we need a call centre outside the usa for help like they do at line 6.if i have a problem with line6 product i have 3 phone numbers to call in the daytime but none for sonoma.ive spent over 100 hours downloading,re downloading standard.also my account downloads keep disappearing.dan sent me 5 for standard yesterday,i used one and the other 4 have gone.best of luck,i think we need it at this point.
