lock thing?

ok, so i bot the line 6 guitarport+rifftracker thing,and somethings not quite right. it wont let me change the bpm, bar length, or time signature, and its bothering me. instead of little arrow icons for adjusting it, it has little lock icons, implyingi cant access that feature or something, which is lame, because this whole thing cost me +150$. any help?

Did you drag the riffs to the song bar , and/or record on them already?
Because once you do that, the Time sig and BPM's are locked in........... Figure them out before hitting record or they will stay that way........if you want to change the tempo .....you will have to erase and re-record what you've done already to change meter.......................hope I helped you brother....
