urgent help please

ive changed from guitarport to toneport.first of all the riffworks line 6 edition wont transfer.it says cant install that asset.probably an upgrade and you dont have the correct asset installed? also the free drummers half nelson,mekanical beats etc went missing.ive downloaded them[6 drummers] to my documents but i cant get them into riffworks.any help would be appreciated.cheers.

Hi

Did you remove the license for RW II L6 from the GuitarPort ? You would need to do that 1st before trying to activate it in your new TonePort. Ya probably already did but thought I would mention it just in case you didn't.
I'm am not sure what "asset" means. Hopefully someone else here does.
The drummer missing thing I again am not sure about. If they are the Line 6 ones that were licensed to the GuitarPort, then those as well would have to be removed from GuitarPort and then re-activated in the TonePort.
All this would have to be done thru the Monkey/Your L6 account.
