ATTN: SWW guys 3 D's and Randy

PLEASE help Mike get up and running!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been following his saga here and on the Line6 forum and nobody deserves this much frustration.
I have been recommending he come here and seek the SWW guru's assistance.
I can't stand to see a fellow RW brother in so much distress.

Mike, I just had to chime in.
If I knew what to do for you I would.

Thank you so much Mark/Ram Dass for following me here:)
It is "Greatly Appreciated"!

Thank you Michelle. I am at work right now and don't get home till 10PM. I have been checking the boards and my mail. As yet, I have not recieved a reply.

I was sent a case number:6456_IJUVVANV and the following link-http://www.sonomawireworks.com/fogbugz/default.php
When I plugged the number into the "Check the Status of a Case", I get

Case not found
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
No case was found associated with the ticket: 6456_IJUVVANV

This being the first business day, I guess I will have to allow for the case to get to tech support.

Thank you both for your concern. Hopefully, I can get an activation code or my money refunded. I used the same password to log in here to the forum. I will try it again when I get home this evening.

Respectfully,

Mike

The head of our customer support has been out of the office for health reasons. The other guys are recovering from launching demo, riffrumbleV, and moving our site to great new servers - which all went great. Sorry again for the delay in getting back to you. This is unusual and we will get to you really soon! Thanks for your patience.
