Still haven't come across your support message. There must have been a problem when you submitted the file. Mind trying again?

Ok, I see where I was confused. When I searched for your email address in our support system, it found it in the TO field of a Christmas Medley that Rick sent out. However, I don't have any support emails from your email address. Did you include your email address in the email address field when you submitted the file?

At this point I recommend just submitting it again. You'll get a ref/case number if the submission works correctly.

Thanks!
Randy

How big is the file you're trying to submit? There's a limit that's around 50 MB

Sorry, I meant file size. Right-click on the file you're trying to submit and click "Properties". The file size will be listed in KBs or MBs.

Thanks!

That's pretty small. Just email it to support@sonomawireworks.com instead of using the form. I'll look into why the form is kicking back errors in the meantime. What web browser are you using?

Thanks! You should get a case number (hopefully!). I too get an error when trying to submit a small file using the support form, so there's definitely a problem there.

Reply with it here so I can ref your case. I'll see if I can find it manually. One sec.
