There's no need to bump, the last response was just over a half hour ago. :) You guys crack me up sometimes.

I still don't have the message Strat. Are you sending from stratoace@aol.com?

Well, I'm not sure what to say. We get lots of support cases from other AOL users, so I don't think that's the problem. AOL's SMTP servers can be slow, so we'll just wait an hour and see.

Randy,
I've sent two minidumps in the past week or so and got nothing in response.
Cheers!

Scott, I responded to case 6666 yesterday saying I passed the dump on and thanked you. Did you not get that message?

Scott, you should have started a new topic too. You've hijacked Starts thread, and you're going to make him mad (really really mad!) :)

Strat,

I found your email, but it was stuck on the mail server and clogged things up. I had to delete it, as it wouldn't go through to the support system. That's not your fault at all, and I'm working with Dug and Dan to figure out what's going on there.

Just mail it directly to me at randy@sonomawireworks.com - that should work. Sorry for the unintentional run-around!

Got the file, thanks for sending that over. I'll try opening it from my main desktop computer in an hour or so.

Something is wrong with support's mail mechanism. We're looking into as I type this. :( I've sent out MANY responses this week, and I hope that the responses haven't gone out into the void. This could be bad guys.

Don't stress yourself dude! A message is just a message. We all know you guys are on to things! 'Tis the season to be jolly and all that!
Cheers!

Think big Scott. It looks like the hundreds of support emails we've sent out this week have gone into the void. Not one, but hundreds. We're in contact with the software developers who make our support tracking software now.

Stressing,
