Ok..past issues were solved. RWS is installed. Can you say "sweeeeet"?:)

Only have one little issue-Amplitube works, but I went to download the serial text file-It is empty. File properties are 0 KB

Other than this little issue, I am happy with the product.
My most heartfelt thanks to Ram Dass, Dan and Michelle for escalating this issue.

I followed these directions for Amplitube:

Did I miss a step? Like I stated, the text file is empty.

Anyway...looks like I have more than enough to keep me busy for now.

Hope your holiday was a good one.

I left another post in the support forum concerning Amplitube and the serial number file.

Program is up and running with new drummers installed. Just waiting on the resolution of the Amplitube issue.
