How does one contact Sonoma support

I have been trying to contact sonoma key support over a week now to register riffworks version 2 as I cannot activate the drummers I have bought from the store. I can't get onto fogbugz as it doen't recognise my password. How do you lot out there contact support and how do they contact you back? Riffworks is great it really works well on my computer, it's quick and just what you need but I need to register and I need more drummers, help.

As a general rule of thumb post a request in the Customer Service forum. They are pretty good at getting back to people. Especially regarding activation issues........

This way they can assign the person most likely to be able to help..........If that doesn't work, I would email Dan directly dan@sonomawireworks.com and he can get the ball rolling.
