I am trying to crossgrade from my Line6 RiffWorks Version 2 to RiffWorks Standard. I get my discount code but can't checkout.
Your online store will not let me purchase and not checkout! I am in an endless loop of giving the same name/credit card info over and over. Very Frustrating!

I had the same problem a while back.....but I was giving them the wrong security card ID digits from the back............I forget why I was doing it wrong but you may want to check that........hopefully that will help.

This problem was fixed when the user copy and pasted the coupon code into the redemption code box because he was tyoing the wrong character.
He's all set
