Riffworks registered in different name

The username when I bring up Rifflink inside of Riffworks is different than the name I registered under and purchased Instantdrummers at the Sonoma website. I cannot recall ever being given the opportunity to chose the username inside Riffworks or Rifflink. As a result of this, the program does not acknowledge the drummers that I have purchased from sonoma. Is there any way to get the drummer that I purchased at the sonoma website transferred to the username that I have been assigned in Riffworks? I spoke to an admin about this through email a while back, but never had any resolution.

You don't get the option to change your Sonoma Key after you've purchased the product under a specific Sonoma Key. Why is the Sonoma Key in RiffWorks not coachrx, like your forum login? Did you buy RiffWorks under a different Sonoma Key?

I responded to your support email(s) earlier, and I've added the drummer to your other account name, as that's the name you have RiffWorks registered under.

We can probably switch everything back over to your forum login name if that's what you want, but it's going to take some work on your side too. Just let me know.
