Reinstalling OS

If I want to reinstall my OS (and I already have have RW2 installed on this and one other computer) will I be able to simply activate RW2 after re-installation or is there some method to deactivate RW2 to free up one of my 2 licenses?

if its the same machine and the same os, there shouldn't be any problem and it shouldn't use up a license. if its a different machine or a different os, then it will.
