Freezing scroll dial

I have noticed since upgrading to the Line 6 RiffWorks v2 Addition and now with my new RiffWorks Standard Addition that the layer scroll dial doesn’t always indicated the true numbers of layers.

For example, only one notch (short radiating line) of yellow is illuminated on the dial when there are 8 or more layers.

What’s more, I can’t see the layers below the window. The scroll dial freezes until I deselect the Layers button, click Backups or Riff Effects button and then return to Layers. By-the-way, this doesn’t work every time.

Is this a known issue or am I alone?

Epauley it's a known issue, and what you are doing is the way to get past it. I can't think of a time that workaround didn't work for me, but I may either be lucky or forgetful!

Well, it's good to know that I'm not the only one having this pain in the lower extremities problem. Thanks for the tip on getting the scroll unfrozen. Is Sonoma working on a fix for this?

It is a known issue and there will be a fix forthright so we've been told.....
