Can't launch riffworks fot Guitar Port after installation -

RiffWorks Recording Software (Mac/Win)

Purchased the physical version of Riffworks/Rifftracker. Installed the hardware and all software
through the CD. Guitar port software works fine. However when trying to open Riffworks I get the
following error message !'Failed to start Guitar Port for Riffworks. Please make sure that
guitarport is installed and working correctly. Code -1at.D guitarportLooper.cpp:line256 OK?
when clicking on OK the program screen diappears and the following message appears : ' Runtime Error
Program C:Program filesline6riffworksRiffworks.exe'

Now I have tested repeatedly that the guitar port is well installed and connected. The full
functionalities of the guitar port software prove it.

Please Tell me what to do to unblock the situation.

P.S. I live approximately 1000Km from the dealer that sold me the product ( i.e. I live in Monaco and
he is in Paris)

What version of Windows are you running?

And, did it give you the option to save a minidump file?

i have the same problem, i saved the minidump file when it asked me to, but it still went out. it has only asked me once to save the minidump file.

I'm sorry you're having a problem with RiffWorks. We'll need more information about your specific setup to be able to determine whether or not you're having the same problem the other customer above was having.

1. Where and when did you purchase RiffWorks and was it bundled with the Guitarport?
2. Tell us more about your computer, including what operating system it's using, amount or RAM, processor type, etc
3. Have you used the Line 6 Monkey to update your Guitarport's drivers and software?

You can also email the dump file to support@sonomawireworks.com and reference this thread in the body of the message?
