still no standard

this is a joke now.ive still got no standard.got 5 more downloads from dan and they have now vanished.i clicked on download and they disappeared

my line 6 edition is working fine now ive deleted standard completely.ive taken the whole lot out,standard,amplitube le.run a virus scan,its fine.spyware check up.its fine.pc running like a dream,so it cannot be a pc problem as far as i can see.im stumped on this one !!!

I wish I knew what to say to be of some help to ya.
On mine I have no problems such as this. The L6 version and the Standard version installed as seperate folders in: F:Program FilesSonoma Wire Works. I even still have version 1.1 installed in: F:Program FilesLine6.
Anyone of these versions can be opend and have run fine from day one.
I mention this as I wondered if Std.&L6 might have got stuck in the same folder (meaning did Std. get stuck in the L6 folder rather than having its seperate folder in Sonoma Wire Works).
Other than this I know not what to say to help.

cheers mate,its just doing my head in.i will mention it to dan.hes been on the case.my line 6 edition is fine now standard is off.its so unusual that it takes an hour to open riffworks.once its opened it worked,but it will hopefully get sorted this week.cheers for support.

my pc is playing up when i put riffworks standard on.dan sent me 5 new windows downloads,still wont work,causing the pages to freeze up.its been 13 days now and ive paid for something i cannot use.im p***ed off now like you wouldnt imagine.now ive lost my line 6 edition so ive got no recording software whatso ever.
