Hello,
I purchased the crossgrade from v1.10 to the riffworks standard v.2 yesterday. When I was attempting to d/load the software I inadvertently "x"ed out of the website. When i returned it said there were no d/loads left. I only attempted to d/load once, where'd the other 4 go? How do i get this reset so i can try it again. I tried contacting support but haven't heard anything back yet. Any advice would be most helpful, Thank You in advance.
