So far I've had nothing but distored playback after upgrading to riffworks 2. Previously I had riffworks 1 and that worked fine. After the upgrade both riffworks 1 and riffworks 2 distort on playback. This occours on all tracks, drums, guitar. It happens all the time, even if I just play a drum track. Its not my computer, I'm upto date with all drivers and have a 4800 duel core with 2 gigs ram....any advice please!

Have you tried changing the ASIO device to anything else to see what that does?

Is the distorted signal coming from the POD via headphones/speakers or from the PCs audio out?
Cheers!

There is no other options to choose from other then ASIO pod xt live. I'm seeing this option in the audio set up tab of riffworks 2? No other options. The distorted single is coming from the pod xt's output, but only when playing back on riffworks, not when I play guitar through it. Thanks from trying to help me scott, anything else you have I'll gladly lisen.

My next suggestion would have been to unplug/replug your POD ... but glad to hear it's fixed! :)
Cheers!
