"Processing" is the default status for purchases, so don't worry about that.

You just need to re-register RiffWorks now that you're reinstalled it:

1. Surf to the store at www.sonomawireworks.com/store
2. Login using your SonomaKey and password
3. Click on "My Account"
4. Click on "View or download software"
5. Download the registration program, RiffWorksLine6EditionRegisterWin.zip, from our online store and save it to your computer's desktop.
6. Right-click on the .zip file and select "Explore." A new window will open and inside you should see "RiffWorksLine6EditionRegisterWin.exe" along with a folder named "Data."
7. Double-click "RiffWorksLine6EditionRegisterWin.exe" and click the "Extract All" button when prompted.
8. The Installation Wizard should appear. Follow the displayed instructions to complete the registration and drummer installation.

Let us know if you need further assistance,

Randy

thanks randy,

i've got them now!

weren't there more than 2 wah settings on v1?

or is it some place else. i had a wah setting like the opening to voodoo child,
now i can't find it.

sorry to be a pain.

the new drums are cool, thanks.

The Effects bundle for RiffWorks didn't change between V1 and V2. The auto-wah settings in RiffWorks can be found in the Backups area under "Filter". GearBox/GuitarPort also has a wah setting.

Hope that helps,
Randy
