unable to activate RWS

I posted in the support forum, but have gotten no response.

RWS is downloaded and installed, upon trying to launch, it requests my ID password for activation, I enter it. and the screen disappears.

I also listed my RW1 drums, I wish to bring into RWS. but at this point I am unable to even start the program.
