Your RW 2.1 upgrade totally *&%$#^%@!@?!!!

Tried downloading the 2.1 upgrade, and it has completely disabled the software, keeps asking me to register and activate, then can't activate at all, can't load any drummers at all, and keeps terminating in an "unusual" way, then shutting down... now I can't use RW at all, my extremely small window of opp is now lost, bravo... and all I did was try to download the upgrade...

needless to say, I am totally &%@@!@//%*&$%$?>?,?>8!#@#@!*&&#$!@@%#@# right now! RW won't open, your upgrade completely junked 2.0!

next time you "roll out" an "upgrade", make sure it's bug free and synced with the previous version, yes?!!

How will this be corrected, like, now?!!!!!! darn you people and this friggin email support... aaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!

Hello EveryMan,

We have many beta testers who have been using the 2.1 update for weeks now. We've tested it as thoroughly as possible. I think your problems stem from the fact that you have three different accounts created in the store, and thus three SonomaKey logins. You didn't buy RiffWorks Standard as EveryMan. Please check your email for the correct login you should be using to activate RiffWorks.

I had to create a dummy acct cus the first 2 weren't working...

Please delete all 3 accounts ---- I'll create a new one and see what happens... if I create a new one, will I have to re-download all the drummers??? jeese, I hope not...

please understand, it took several weeks just to get 2.0 just to work, so forgive me if I'm kind of ultra-paranoid right now about things going awry with it... maybe I oughta stop poppin' all dem sleepin' pills or sumthin'...

You have to get the drummers from the same account as RW. Check your email for further details on getting your account working.
