Hey Xino try going to the audio setup button on the bottom right of RW and change the settings if need be.......
You gave very little info on what your using........soundcard, GuitarPort, TonePort.....etc etc.......so it's hard for anyone to figure out your problem with out all the facts.

Hi Xino,

I need a little more info about how things aren't working. If you've updated to 2707 (that's what you meant, right?), then when you click the RIFFCAST button, you should be prompted to enter your Sonoma Wire Works login name and password. Have you entered your info there, and if so, what happens when you attempt to do that. If you've forgotten your password you have a have a new one assigned to you by going to the password recovery tool at https://www.sonomawireworks.com/store/index.php?main_page=password_forgotten

You don't need to download your drummers again. Once you get RiffWorks activated you'll find that they'll start working again.

Please let me know if you have any problems doing what I've asked, and if so please be very detailed in your response.

Hi,

The same goes for you as it does for Xino. RiffCast doesn't working in unregistered mode, but if you click on the RiffCast button you'll be presented with an opportunity to register using your existing Sonoma Wire Works login info (SonomaKey). Just type in "stinkfest" along with its password and everything should start working again. If you've forgotten your password you have a have a new one assigned to you by going to the password recovery tool at https://www.sonomawireworks.com/store/index.php?main_page=password_forgotten
