So, I have guitar port/riffworks line 6 version and everything is chugging along fine. I have registered my gear with line 6, line six monkey is working fine, etc. I buy extra drum packages from sonoma, download them and activate them with little problem. The comes along the latest line 6/riffworks update and screws the entire thing up. All the sudden none of my old drum packages that came with it originally work. None of them. When I try to activate the old and new drum packages it says I have to register with sonoma. I have!!!! I keep going through the same steps over and over again and it never works. Randy the " Tech" has given up on me even though my last e-mail was as detailed as could be. Can anyone at all help?

Hi Emory,

I'm sure Randy hasn't given up on you. We've been terribly swamped in the support department lately. In fact, I was brought on specifically to help Randy with all of the support questions. You're posting here on March 16th. I answered quite a bit of support questions this weekend. Did I respond to yours?

I'll look into it, and we'll get your straightened out. You wouldn't happen to be using a Mac would you?

Hi Emory, same here. can't even save my sessions now. hope they get this fixed, if not, i'm left with a piece of demo software , after all the extra money spent , i chose this over the other line6 recording package purely due to riffwork. and not forgetting the upgrading spent. :(
pretty bump out now..

Hi Wcchew,

Your case has been in the engineering department cue. I've sent them a reminder email to check out your case. I'll have them make it their first priority. I'm sorry you've been waiting so long. I hope we'll have this sorted out soon.

Best regards,

Hayden
