Nice! I see "appropriate beverages" mentioned...does it come with a beer in the box? :D

Folks we should write a few good reviews on the Riffworks box product on Musicians Friend. I know I shop alot off that site and read the reviews on products they sell. Might help the guys at SWW a bit. Just a thought.

I saw the box at my local GC almost 2 weeks ago. What is in the box? Do you get a cd, and a small manual of some kind? Also, it is priced at $149.00 in the store...but $169 for a download...why is that? It kind of should be the other way around, no?

Great - someone else saw one at the GC in San Francisco and San Jose, CA! Yes, the box has a RiffWorks and AmpliTube 2 Live CD, an Installation Manual, a User Manual, a serial number, and a Demo disk of some IK products.

Dealers don't like it if the manufacturer is selling the product for cheaper than they are - even the downloadable version. It's just they way it's done.
