won't work with digi002

I downloaded the demo which worked fine with the built in audio on my macbook but I just tried using it with my Digi002 rack and the program shuts down whenever I try to load it. It comes up, asks if I want to see new offers, and then a message "riffworks was not closed properely...do you want to try and load ...etc" ...... Once i select yes or no the program shuts down completely.

Here is my specs:

White macbook with 2.0 ghz core duo processor, 2 gigs ram, Digi002 rack, several recording programs installed. Protools 7.3, Melodyne 3.1 studio, Live lite, garage band etc.

Any Ideas would be much appreciated as this seems like a very useful program if I can get it to work with the 002 so I can have lower latency.

Hi Kevin,

Sorry about the problems! Can you try setting the Digi002 Rack as your primary sound device in your MacOS preferences and then try launching Riffworks again?

Hi Randy,

I checked and that is how it was set. I tried setting it back to the internal i/o and launched Riffworks but it did the exact same thing. I noticed though that it quits when it comes up with "loading riff.??" in the info bar. I'm not sure the extension as the program closes to quickly to see it all. I don't know if that helps at all. Any other suggestions?
