Is there any possibility to import my drumline (recorded in studio in .wav) into Riffworks? How to do it?

WAV files can NOT be imported at the momemt unless converted to REX2 with someting like ReCycle...........hope this helps.......

Will it work if I connect mp3player with drumline on it into INPUT in POD and then record it as a new riff?
Will it loose lot of quality?
