hi folks ive got a bit of a problem with the delay fx in riffworks and just wondered if anybody else has experienced it.When recording i usually add doubler delay to lead guitar or vocals just to give a subtle delay effect, the thing is though after ive saved it and go back to it, the delay isnt the one ive saved it jumps to some other crazy delay it even happened when i uploaded a song to riffcaster once.im just wondering whether i should reinstall riffworks as it might be just a glitch, its become really annoying now. What do you guys think.

Same here, Doubler doesn't stick. Even when I first put it on I have to click on the effect twice to get it to work at all. Having said this it is something I reported as a bug in the Line6 edition some while back. I now have RiffWorks STD and haven't tried it in that version. I'll set something and let you know in a while. Don't re-install I think you'll be wasting your time.

I will just add the number one slot of the 4x4 effect seems to throw the lead to the left. I regulary only use one delay slot. I thought that one and two were center delays and three and four were left and right.

Modulator doesn't keep settings either.
Cheers!

You can get a similar effect by duplicating the layer and putting a slightly different delay/eq setting on em and movin em left and right.

I'll test the doubler preset and see if I can duplicate the problem here. I need to know though if you're recording with input effects turned on (with the 4X4 doubler preset), or if you're adding the doubler preset to the layer after you've recorded the part.

I'm not aware of the modulator problem, so more info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Randy, I too am running into a modulator problem, specifically the speed setting resets to the fastest setting when you re-launch a song. I've noticed this with the "AutoPan" setting.

Doubler problem is when adding to recorded layer here.

If there's also a problem with the autopan setting, will it affect the quality of my Spam and pigeon eggs in the morning or has the power of my euphemism blown the plumbing again ?

I posted about the delay issue a few weeks ago. Looks like it's a known bug

http://www.sonomawireworks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=2048

Seems like it's a bigger bug than just delay. It would be nice to have a fix soon :)
