serial number

where is it located? i had this problem the last time i purchased a line 6 program, i just dont know where the hell it is. it seems like iv checked everywhere in the materials i received. does anyone know where to look for this once you've purchased it?

Not sure exactly what you're looking for, RiffWorks is a program by Sonoma Wire Works and to use it you need a Sonoma Key, if it's this you're after, just go to the home page and follow the links from there. If you want to register Line6 version, you can do that from the link towards the bottom right of the home page.

Hope this resolves it for you.

Hi,

I also responded yesterday to the support case you submitted to our support system.

Per your email, you indicated that you have RiffWorks Standard. If you bought RiffWorks Standard in a box from one of our retail vendors, then the serial number would have been included on a card in the box. If you didn't buy RiffWorks Standard in a box, but instead bought it from our online store, then you shouldn't be prompted for a serial number at all.

Can you explain exactly what you're trying to do?
