Ok.. basically what happens is this..

When I playback the demo file in demo mode (without my podxt live connected) playback works perfect. but when I connect the Podxt live, my copy because activated, but my playback is very slow and overdriven. Anyone know how to fix this.. line6 monkey says I have all the updated software/drivers.. I have guitarport installed as well

Also, Is there a way to change all the large graphics into regular windows controls... I think I'd like that much better...

Sometimes if I have my Pod and Toneport plugged into usb at the same time and then select the Pod as the asio device in Riffworks everything is distorted and slow including the drummers, if this is the effect you're getting it must be a common problem. The only way I've stopped it is to unplug both and then replug only the one I'm using, I hope this is what you meant and it will resolve it for you, if only in the short term before a techie shows up.

I have both a GP and a PODxt plugged in but haven't experiences the problem Uncle Bill is encountering. Obviously, he has a similar lag issue as you but has a handle on it.

I am wondering...is the POD plugged and GearBox active when you boot up RiffWorks? When you check you "Audio Setup" is your xtLive listed as the ASIO device?

Can you open up the Line 6 driver console and make sure it isn't set to re-amp playback.

All Programs/Line6/Tools/Line 6 Audio Midi Devices/Advanced

Do this with the Pod on.
