Attn - Support Team or anybody else,

I'm getting a lot of error messages while using this software lately.
They include "An exception has been made" "Riffworks will need to shutdown" "Runtime Error C+++ - Make sure to click Yes if you wish Riffworks to load your last song".

These errors (bugs) are making this program unusable and it's really been a pain. I just had an error after starting the program less than 10 mins ago.

I have to shutdown after each error to load the song again (which takes around 4 mins because of the size).

Does anybody have an advice concerning this or any steps I can take to stop this from happening. Thanks in advance.

Hi JJLeo77

Have you emailed support?

Seems you have waited a long time for a reply...

When RW crashes, if you're offered the chance to save a minidump file, please do - then send it to support@sonomawireworks.com.
Any details on your system spec / ASIO devices would also be helpful, as well as the logfile (which you'll find at C:...My DocumentsSonoma Wire WorksRiffWorks).
We're in the middle of beta testing a new free update so hang in there!
Cheers!
Scott
