i down loaded the amplitube demo today and i cant seem to get it working right (sounds like bleep)is it because i have the line 6 edition of riffworks.i thought i would be able to down load it and try it before crossgrading.i guess my question is will it only work right if i have rws

I think L6 edition is locked onto Gearbox and you are right in assuming you need RiffWorks STD. It comes with a cutdown version of Amplitube anyway

yes its the scaled down version of amplitube 2.get riffworks standard its so much better and its so cheap to purchase.check on this website for great deals.i think its worth it.good luck !!!
