pentium 64bit

Ive heard a lot of programs wont run with this.what about riff works,rifflink,wavelab? all the important stuff.my fast audio converter,vst plugs.my old socket A athlon aint hanging in there.32 or 64 bit?what are your thoughts?xp or vista?

You’ll have a hard time finding 64 bit compatible stuff – I wouldn't consider it yet.

I upgraded from xp to Vista back in January. Life as I knew it ceased, Vista WAS terrible! I spent a lot of time cryin’ on gator and shredrex’s shoulders.

NOW, it works well – no problems with drivers or software (except Battlefield 2). Go for Vista 32 bit.

I tried XP 64 bit back when RW upgraded to version 2 .......NO DICE....... I went back to 32 bit XP.
Now I have RW on my 32 bit laptop as well and wouldn't even DREAM of using 64 bit there yet!
