One file per riff. So you have to make a riff for each tiny part. It's way to tedious to add fills and things so I shy away from deep editing. Here is an area that could use some improvement imo.

Yeah I use them on occasion and have to spend a lot of time setting them up 1st in 1-2-3-8-12 bar riffs. What ever my song calls for. 1 & 2 bar fills are crucial.......I use them mostly for songs I've already written and recorded (say on 4-track) ...I'll even use them to accent the Instant Drummers for some really FAT drum parts. I have cymbal crashes that I made in Recycle that I use on the 1-2-4 or wherever I need them to help out the song......IMHO RW's needs a better and quicker system to read which file you used..because once you step away and return you can't read the entire file name.......making it guesswork to try and find the same file again if you happen to change it.
My best and most widely used were on this tune from a while back......originally started in RW version 1 and then finished in version 2.
I did mix in a little ID on the breakdown though. See if you can tell.

And you can actually use 4 REX per riff if you need sound FX and crashes and such as I did here.
