Chris,
I think your USB drivers are clashing.
I can get RW and my Line6 TonePort to work together but if I add my TASCAM US-428 and my Creative soundcard, I get all sorts of Windows blue screen errors and have to go in via Safe Mode. Like you, my system says they're all getting along famously but the reality is something different. You're not connecting your devices through a USB hub by any chance are you? I know that they tend to screw things up.
Sorry I don't have any suggestions or 'fixes'. If RW generates any dump files, make sure you send them to Randy @ Support.
Cheers!
Scott

It has been tested and it has a "poor" rating and its latency error was way out of spec.!
You can check out the hardware recommendations list here -> http://www.sonomawireworks.com/guide/index.php/Recommended_Hardware

Your M-Audio JamLab has an "excellent" rating and showed no latency error at all.
Cheers!
