Can you elaborate?....lack of midi in RW is the Achille's Heal for me...i have soooo many vst plugins but they are all MIDI controlled.
I Cannot Guarantee that it would work in RW as i don't have standalone yet so cannot test. but here is how it could work
Download Toby's Midipak :
http://tobybear.de/p_midibag.htmlthe MID2VST.dll is that one you need in the entire pak
Next you will need some vst based host like energyxt you can try the demo version from
http://www.xt-hq.com/download/ you need the dll version of it that acts as a vst/vsti plugin.
in RW load energyxt as a vst
load the MIDI2Vst.dll by dragging and dropping on the window, also drop the target vst e.g amplitube onto energyxt window.
connect the two (midi2vst midi output node to your vst plugin midi input node) and source audio direct to your vst audio in.
Sounds pretty scray but this seems to be only possible way i can think of. maybe instead of energyxt , you can use chainer but i dont have it right now so can't tell much about it if it would work.
i have tried this in some other host that did not have native midi support
and i used this to control few things and it worked fine there.
