Hey Sonoma People!! That's Big!!!! Congrats and I'm very happy to see these new features, great job!

Now Here are the "thangs" (sorry for bothering :( ) :

1) When I try to "log" into my "profile", I get this message:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
You are here: Home ? Members ? Mozzarello

Site error
This site encountered an error trying to fulfill your request. The errors were:

Error Type
UnicodeEncodeError
Error Value
'ascii' codec can't encode character u'xbf' in position 11: ordinal not in range(128)
Request made at
2008/01/20 05:11:51.862 US/Pacific
------------------------------------------------------------------

Hence, can't uptade/modify my info so far...

And

2) I can't "cluster" all my riffcasts in one page (I used to send a link with all my casts to friends and such..) as I used to... I guess there's a way..ain't it?

If I perform an "advanced" search, And I search by Author (Mozzarello) it shows all my riffcasts... there is something but... the string (link) is huge!!! before it was smaller and simpler to share.

Yep.. i know it's sunday.. Dug, Randy, everyone shouldn't even consider this message today, no hurries, you've busted yourselves working, don't wanna be a pain in the neck so early and on a sunday!

But Please, would you see my case during the week?

--->>> It seems to be useful to have a simple string to see/show all your tunes (with a play button, some people are lazy or just dumb to click and open the windo, before we had a list of casts all with a play button to see...) and share with others <<<----

What do you think? (if there's a way would you add the link/string here to see how it looks?)

...I might haven't seen it though (yep it's sunday..)

Thanks and rock on!! Great job as always!!

Paul

Hey Great stuff going on here. I have a few questions. 1 I uploaded a new tune thru email when the updates were taking place and don't see it in riffworld. Can that be transfered over or do I need to reup;oad it? 2 Can you still email submissions? 3 I went to change my headshot pic and deleted my old one. Then I uplaoded a new but the old one still shows up, What can I do about that? Can you delete submissions and make or group songs by CD or genre? Well thats about all I have now. Great job on the upgrade. I think it looks way nice

Peace

Rich,

I'm not sure if you can email anymore, but there really is no need to. You can now upload the ogg file thru the site. We no longer have be concerned with email attachment size limitations.

I think the head shot issue is just a cache issue. Try to refresh your page and see if the new pic shows. The cache was a problem before.

You can delete submissions now. Great feature! No grouping that I am aware of.

Maybe it's just me, but I can't finger out how to post comments (or SHOUTS I guess they're called now) to someone else's song. Where do I need to clicky to leave a comment on a Riffcast?

Thanks bluesy I fingered it out. I just wasn't scrolling far enough down the page to see the form box where I type my comment in.

Ya know when you walk into another room in your house and you can't remember why you wanted to be there? I feel about that stupid. :)

That happens to me ALL the time... How did I get here? What am I looking for? Then I have to go all the way back to where I started, at which point I immediate remember:)

Hi cleggems,

I think I understand you have RiffWorks 1.10.

If you are looking to update to 2.1...

You can purchase the update to v2.1 via Line 6 here for $29.99:
http://line6.com/riffworks/version20.html

And here are instructions for installing the upgrade:
http://www.sonomawireworks.com/guide/index.php/How_do_I_upgrade_from_RiffWorks_%28v1%29_to_RiffWorks_Line_6_Edition_%28v2%29%3F

Or you can Crossgrade to RiffWorks Standard 2.1 for $69 by following these instructions:
http://www.sonomawireworks.com/guide/index.php/Riffworks_Crossgrade

Hi,
I have Riffworks Standard V 2.1.0.2710 and when I start it up it does not prompt me to download a new version. I originally had the Line6 version but purchased the cross-grade some time back.

Why dont I get a prompt to upgrade to the latest version?

Thanks,
Mike

Hi megaglyph,

Please use the support form so we gather all the info needed about your machine. If you are running it on a Mac, the Mac version has not been updated yet - it will be available very soon.

Thanks,
Michelle
