So I finally installed RIFFWORKS and I wanted to check out the Instant Drummer demo.I clicked the play button and it shows something going on and I can see the meters on the top right moving......but no sound. I have ASIO driver installed.Am I missing something.I have not even tried plugging my POD X3 thru it yet either. Anyone?

The audio needs to be routed through your ASIO device. If the device is set to your X3 and it's not plugged in, the sound has nowhere to go.
Either, change the ASIO device to something like your soundcard or plug in your X3 and take the audio out through speakers plugged in to it.
Cheers!

Have a look at a couple of the threads mentioning REX files in the "Instant Drummer" forum.

Also check the Sonoma Store and you can listen to previews of all the Instant Drummers in there.
Cheers!

REX files free:

http://ordinarymile.com/5.html

There are some good double bass sounds here along with other hard hitting drums sounds in rex2 and rex4.
