Help getting started.

This is my first post on this or any other forum, so that should tell you I am not a natural at the computer. I got riffworks with the stealthplug and amplitude for Christmas and am having a terrible time getting them up and running. I think I have riffworks up and going now but no luck after several tries with stealthplug, including contact with IKmedia support. I have some experience with line 6 products and so would like to go that route since I know a little about their approach. I am working on a new hp notebook 32bit with vista home premium. Question...what is the simplest most reliable way to start making MUSIC (toneport, guitarport etc) I am tired of fooling with computer problems!!! Also can I use any of these with amplitube if I want to.

We just figured out that our support queue got stuck on Thursday and we weren't getting the messages. We have fixed the problem and we have all the messages - no need to send messages again. We will catch up with everyone on Monday. Sorry for the delay.
