GearBox application in Riffworks Standard?

Hi,

I can launch the Amplitube Plugin but I can't launch the GearBox application in Riff Works Standard or is it shipped without the Line6 GearBox?

PS: I'm already a owner of a POD XT live so I don't have problem in general, already works fine with RW Standard.

Hi.

Amplitube is a VST-Plugin, therefore what you're doing with Riffworks is to use the VST-plugin Host and using Amplitube.

For using Gearbox with Riffworks, you must open the Gearbox Standalone Version (downloadable from line 6, version 3.5) and then, Open RiffWorks.

Then, you select In the Audio Setup (bottom right corner - facing you) Button the ASIO PODXT.

If you want to use Gearbox as a VST - (from the AMP button) Plugin, you need to purchase Gearbox Plugin (Silver version is $99.99)
