OK so I'm new to this product and have a couple questions I haven't found answers to elsewhere.

OK so I've recorded a Riff and well it has some dead space on the beginning and end. How do I trim that off? Most recording software I've used up to this point allows you to trim it but I don't see how to do that here.

How do I import something already recorded in a .wav format so I can use it with Riffworks?

Where do I get more drum sounds?

Thanks for your help.

Hmmm. I usually re-record without the dead space, or more often: I usually DO screw up and have dead space at the beginning and end of riffs, but I record over and over, letting my riffs overlap until I get it right, and then I delete the first and last riff layers with the dead space. Then I mute all my overlapping layers, and listen to them one by one, and keep the good ones. There is a control to auto mute the previously recorded layers so that they do not distract you.

Do a search on the forums for IntelliRiffer. Or play the wav with REAPER (http://www.reaper.fm/)and port it into RW using Reaper's ReaRoute.

To buy more sounds: http://www.sonomawireworks.com/store/

To find more sounds, Google "free REX2 drum", or go here: http://www.sonomawireworks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=4184
