Help!

Anybody got the same problem? I try to open my last song, but suddenly riffworks says: invalid file format ...

when i look into the files details it still says 138 MB (so same file size as before the "crash"), but i just can't open it...

any ideas!?

thx in advance!

What was the file extension on the song you were trying to load?
Cheers!

Have you tried importing it into a freshly-made rifflink? Might work...

Yo Krm ...........check this thread about corrupt files......there's a work around for it......although older this problem still rears it's ugly head once in awhile.......it's even happened to me once.........I now save my RiffRumble songs in sequential order (ex. "SONG 1.RWS" "Song 2.RWS" Song 9.RWS" ETC) til Im done ...then delete the older files because of it.

I'll forward you the work around........ and if you don't get it E-mail me........

That just happened to me and I realized I forgot to turn off my spyware, virus and firewall software.

I kept crashing and this happened. I haven't forgotten since and haven't had any problems.
