Naah, I wouldn't make fun of my homeland.

Last time I was in NZ, on my way home to Oz, I saw this funny T-shirt. It read "I support two teams: the All-Blacks and anybody playing Australia".

Yeah, Ive seen that shirt. Some wags about eh? I don't know where this whole sheep-shagger thing started, though I must admit there was a guy through the courts up north somewhere the other day who admitted trying to, um, er, you-know-what- with goat. He said it was OK as it was a female goat. Can't argue with logic like that!

And riffer, yeah, isn't that silly? Where did you have it last.. funny question. The thing is, sometimes when you ask someone that, they suddenly remember what happened to the item, so I guess people still ask it because sometimes it works.

and isn't it strange that you always find what you're looking for in the last place you look. ~~Spooky~~

Nah, you always find it in the last place, unless you keep looking for it after you've already found it

Only the other morning I found the sugar pot in the fridge, it was the last place I looked for it and being a senile old bugger it was, of course, the last place I'd put it as well

How did it come to this? From Fooks exasperation with the RW reverb (what's a cw git anyway?) to wellies (how can anyone not know what a wellie is they are integral to western civilization?) to finding, or not, missing items. I'm sure a psychologist would have field day charting the associative links: me I'm just confused.......or maybe old, or both...Still its no worse than trying to keep up with the Song thread that Scott started....:) Someone pass the bourbon please.....

I think a cw git is your guitar Cwighty, unless it's an Alf Garnet euphimism or is that a large wind instrument ? I think I'll join ya with the bourbon. Maybe we'll both suss it better then

Maybe when the song game is finished we'll do a word association game, perhaps that'll throw some light on it all. My suggested first word is antidisestablishmentarianism

It worries me greatly that you actually thought to 'look' in the fridge Billy-boy! If you'd just come across it while retrieving a beer, then I'd understand ... but to actually 'look' in the fridge??? :/
I know Florida is hotter than Cambridgeville but I don't believe global warming's turning your sugar to caramel just yet! ;)

I have an idea he meant a totally different kind of pot Scotty

My guess is that Tim keeps his pot in a safe place, probably under his hat, that way he never mislays it. Each time he does the Crocodile Dundee trick of telling the time from the sun he can keep a check on it ;)

P.S. Anyone got any idea what this thread is actually about ????

I had to look back to make sure this wasn't a Chamber Pot. I'd hate to find that in my fridge or under my hat.

It's about taking the talking of bollocks to a new level!! :D

and taking the piss from the Kiwis about there use of Wellie boots for "sheep-shagging" while not using TOO much reverb so's not to wake up her mum whilst hard at it! You know what mum will say if she wakes up don't ya? Baaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaa....and the rest is history.

YUPPERS old Mickey is talking bollocks too! Bill made me say it....
