This is a wonderful feature and I have used it a few times to control the levels of the layers and to punch in and out. But, whenever I get through the whole song and have set it all like I want it, I save the song and close out of the software. When I come back later and open that song, all the changes I made on the Info Button have disappeared!!!

My question is, when you save a song in RW, does it not save the changes made under the Info Button with it? This is very frustrating because now I have to go back through the whole song again and do it all over!

Please help!

You're not alone Dan, sometimes it sticks sometimes it doesn't, no doubt it'll be fixed before it completely gets through Beta testing we're doing now.
No-one remembers what you do or say. Everyone remembers how you made them feel. Allegedly !!!!

I had a similar problem in the past – if you’re referring to disappearing settings. Anyway, gator solved the mystery. Follow this link:

Thanks guys,

epauley,
I didn't change the ASIO device, but I did mess with the audio settings trying to fix another problem I have been having with popping sounds and got it to sound a little better, but then my levels were reset. I guess that's what did it.

From now on I will start a new song instead of being in a current one before changing any audio settings and hopefully that will take care of it.

camaro,
Glad you lucked out of dealing with answering my question or that you haven't had this problem? :) Cause I would've liked to have not had this problem either.

Actually it is the later part of your response as I don't have an answer. It just seemed odd that some people have this all the time and others don't.
Whenever I save I never lost any of my setting of info button or other settings. I think some have also lost FX settings.
The only thing I ever had go wrong was a song go corrupt during a save and I didn't have a backup copy. That sucked!!!
