Can't get amplitube live to work in Riffworks

I'm obviously missing something very basic here but I can't seem to get Amplitube 2 live to work with riffworks. When I click on the hardware button the red image goes away. Then when i press effects and click on amp it gives me 3 options - "get
more amps" "refresh list" or "set Plug in path" I have tried to refresh the list and i get a pop up message that says "please select amp from the pop up menu first. Well there is no pop up menu to select from!!! Can't figure it out. It's probably something very basic. Some help on this would be appreciated. thanks,

It sounds like your VSTplugin directory is not being pointed to. Try the "Set plug in path" and look for the VSTplugins folder...it's usually in C:Program Files but you may have chosen somewhere else to install Amplitube perhaps.

I think mine was set to C:/Vstplugins by default and I was too lazy to change it.

I have tried to set the path to my VSTplugins folder but it still doesn't work. I just deleted and then reinstalled amplitube and still no luck. Right now I'm out of downloads for Amplitube and so I'm waiting for one of the staff to reset them.
