I recorded my 1st complete song & want to submit it to the contest (heat wave theme). After I opted to hit the "Mix" tab, I notice that there's a sound glitch that happens, right in-between each of the riffs that I mixed together! Why is this... it sounds bad? I can't submit it like this, for it ruins the song! My computer has more than sufficient processing speed & memory to handle it. is there a way I can submit the song to somebody in Customer Support (so that the public won't hear it), so you can hear what I'm talking about? I really think my tune is a contender for this contest theme. Thanks!

Do you hear these glitches when you play the song back via the timeline, or does it only happen when you mix? Details about your computer setup (processor speed, memory installed, audio device you're using) would be helpful in diagnosing your problem.

Hi! I've only done a mix to high internet option (can't remember the correct verbage), as opposed to the options to dial-up, Ipod, & the other 4th option.

SonomaD...Try casting the song so we can hear the glitches, or rifflink it and I (or somebody else) can join the link to try and see what's going on. You'll still be able to enter it into the contest....

But it might be your buffer settings, although I don't think these would only effect just in between the riffs. However, you can alter your buffer setting by selecting the audio setup (bottom right) in Riffworks....

Maybe we can change the name of the contest's theme from "Heat Wave" to Glitches! ;-( ::::
