Alot of people don't know that you can configure it for the Line inputs with gearbox off. This can be really handy if you have a cd player or other outboard gear hooked up to the Toneport.

Here is that song I did with MG when I had it. It was my RR3 song. My mixing was not that great back then.

As soon as you said I was like DOAH, I have to change the input selection......lol And I had the shortcut on my desktop for the Line6 devices to do so......and it does sound much better now for sure.

I really like the tone you got on that tune with the MG, it has some pretty serious balls, the FDD is really cool, and the built in effects are the icing on the cake. I think Marshall should endorse me.......lol

Well I can dream right?

You'll be able to do that when Slingy turns you into gnome, elf or pixie Shred ;)

Hopefully you won't be a Goblin

Hey shredrex I acually hope you don't get a song into the rumble. This way my song just might have a chance. As soon as yours goes in all bets are off. Everyone needs to pray for technical difficulties =D

Thanks hardattack, that is funny really.........my entry is not turning out at all as I had hoped.......so you just may get your wish! Rest assured my entry will not be any more likely to win than yours, or anybody else's.....heck I have entered many and just won contestant's choice a few rounds back......and I was totally shocked!

The only reason I am going to enter this time around is cause I love Schecter guitars......well that and pickups.......and drummers........ok I am a RR whore............lol

Should be another amazing round of great tunes from everyone. I am really looking forward to hearing everyone's entry!

You do have to judge. Thats what the contestants choice category is for. You get to pick your favorite.

RR are the best....I don't get the time to listen to the riffcaster page as much as I would like anymore......and with so many people on here posting songs they roll off the main page so fast it is hard to keep up.

But with RR competitions.....you get to hear kind of the best of what ever everyone has going on.........it is a really good chance to hear some amazing tunes. I also feel that it is my duty once I enter to make sure I give all of them a listen.....cause as slingy says we have to vote for the contestants choice. A worthy title and category indeed!
