1-Much improved VST and RTAS support

2-being able to unsolo all at once

3-being able to add plug ins as inserts

You can unsolo all layers at once, button on the right hand side, or maybe I've misunderstood you.

mmhhh....not sure what use that would be. Even if you are listening to the song as it plays, you can still unsolo all the layers in each riff one at a time.

I have one big wish (and a lot of small wishes, such as midi implementation).

I would like to see the program screen getting bigger. I'm not sure what the current resolution is 1024x768 or something? It really is small.

When I record several layers in a riff and use effects, I have to scroll all the time which is a bit of a pain. I would like a bigger overview of the layer and its effects.

So more viewing space(= less scrolling= better overview) for the layers and used effects please.

regards,
Andrik

Thanks for your wish list :)

As for the resolution:
RiffWorks T4 runs at one resolution: 1020 pixels wide.
RiffWorks Standard runs at two resolutions: 1020 pixels wide and 1125 pixels wide.
We plan to release higher resolutions for RiffWorks Standard in the future.

Cheers,
Michelle

Well i have to say this...maybe beacause im sorta new at this type of recording,i usually record off a zoom 8 track with a cd burner, this software for me has worked very well in all aspects of my recording needs so i dont see any use for an upgrade.

RiffWorks has a few updates that, for those of us who have been using it for years are a bit overdue HOWEVER, it STILL has the best interface and workflow of any recording system. There is no real competition at the moment but I think the alarm has sounded....

Let's get TRUE VST support at a minimum!

I love the simplicity of Riffworks, and the only thing I really want is FX bins for each layer. Why? Reamping; simple as that. I didn't get the big deal with reamping till I did it with Revalver and Reaper. Awesome stuff. Integrate a straight forward reamp interface for individual tracks, and you're golden.

also more marks (ticks) and numbers around the viration and intensity knobs of the instants drummer, cause I when I go through them to find the sweet spot, I ofter cant find where the knob was at a certain sound.

I've already spelled my wishes out in other posts, but hey, it never hurts eh?!

1. A talkback button is a must have I think. Much easier than typing within a project.
2. An integrated drum machine (ala redrum) would be awesome.

But hey, this stuff doesn't really matter too much to me. The fact that I can hear the drums in all rifflink projects more than makes up for these miniscule wishes.
