Anyone know if you can add samples or background sounds to your mix by copy/paste etc?

or is there any way to add other sounds besides through a microphone to a riff?

I use the standard version of Riffworks on Windows XP.

Thanks

Yes, there is thanks to the fantastic pieces of software our fellow riffer atalwar programmed for us. Check this:

It's a very, very neat little application that converts any 16-bit stereo WAV file into a RW riff file which you can then import into a RW song.
