does anyone know where to get the tiny 60x60 avatars used in the forum? all the ones ive seen are pretty lame...can you make your own pictures into an avatar?

You can create and upload your own avatars. I use icon called software AWIcons because it has a cool 'create an icon out of this picture' feature and you can get some nice icons/avatars that way. Once you have it, log into your RW profile and upload it.

Hope this is what you meant...

Any photo editing software will do. Even the most basic microsoft paint will allow you to crop and resize. I use Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, and Animation Shop for different things. Heck, I even used the free Photobucket editor to do some cool stuff.

If your new to photo editing, there is a whole lot more you can do with these programs.

For simple resizes I use the microsoft resize powertoy.

I can right click any file on my computer and resize it without opening any programs.
